Digium Announces Switchvox 6.1

Switchvox 6.1 is available with the official release date of March 1, 2016. 6.1. It will officially support VMWare and is built on the all new and powerful Asterisk13 platform. 

Via the OpenCTI plug-in the system will support SalesForce. Expect numerous new features to soon be released which are now capable due to Switchvox being built on the new powerful Asterisk13 platform. 

The control panel can now be supported by all system users with powerful widgets to customize the users experience. The 6.1 is the same platform being used by the hosted version so there is now complete seamless integration. 

A very cool feature of the Digium product is their built-in disaster recovery when used in conjunction with Digium's SIP/Cloud offering.  A complete migration path is available for those running 5.x.
