Background

The hotel was engaged in a long distance agreement they assumed was a “good” deal.

Process
We suggested a complete telecommunications and data services audit. Upon successful completion of the review, we identified a multitude of hidden charges and provided equipment upgrade requirements that worked well within their allotted budget.
