Background
Our client faced the challenge of having four short weeks to move from Northfield to a new facility in Bannockburn. They wished to maintain their relationship with the current service provider, but had been unable to negotiate a cost-effective price.

Process
We presented five highly competitive alternatives and were able to successfully negotiate, on behalf of the client, a better service fee from their existing telecommunications provider.

Outcome
Total savings of over 30%, combined with a 3x increase in dedicated internet connection speed. We further obtained commitments to have new services installed within the required time frame, while reducing the client’s average monthly cost by over $500. To add increased value to the deal, we upgraded the account to Ethernet, combined with redundant service from a cable provider for added protection. This included the upgrade of their fractional 512K internet connection to a full T1.
