Success Story: School District

Background
A School District was in the process of a technology upgrade of their telecommunications system. We anticipated the potential costs, based on a variety of technology upgrade options. After we reviewed current, as well as potential solutions, we prepared a detailed report for no charge.

Outcome
We created a complete telecommunications review, including a study that showed the anticipated rate funding. The School District kept their current technology. However, they implemented a new service provider for their voice and data requirements (VoIP), replacing their current vendor. In this case we provided the District with an additional 28% savings. This was an actual cost reduction from over $3,100 to around $2,200 per month. In only 36 months, this resulted in over $31,000 in savings that was utilized for other School District programs.
